For this project, I worked as the sole UX/UI Designer, dedicated to redesigning the subscription process for a streaming platform.

This included conducting user research, mapping user journeys, facilitating workshops with stakeholders and running usability studies. My primary objectives were to enhance the attractiveness of the premium plan, streamline its benefits communication, and introduce new payment methods like Apple Pay and PayPal to increase conversions and reduce distractions.
